Dr. Val Svetich is dedicated to relieving your back and neck pain. After being in a severe auto accident at age 16 and then in a terrible fall in 1988 through which she lost her left leg and nearly died, Dr. Val Svetich knows firsthand what pain is all about. Chiropractic care put her back on track to a full and healthy lifestyle. Dr. Val says, "The chiropractic care not only relieved my pain, it changed my life! I then dedicated my life to helping others benefit as I have. I welcome the opportunity to help you, too!
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Val received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the foundation head of chiropractic, Palmer College. She then moved to Santa Clara in 1991 where she began private practice.
Dr. Svetich is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and certified as a Sports Physician. She maintains professional memberships in both the American and California Chiropractic Associations and the American Amputee Coalition.
Dr. Val keeps current with the latest research through conferences, scientific symposia, and professional journals. She is a frequent lecturer on health and fitness issues and is actively involved in local civic, charity and community affairs.
